Important – Remote Area Shipping in Australia and New Zealand:
Due to significant Australia Post surcharge increases for remote and island locations, all remote-area deliveries are subject to a flat $19 shipping rate.
We have already absorbed and reimbursed the maximum shipping cost possible, and this rate reflects the minimum viable charge to continue servicing these areas.
All orders are delivered via contactless delivery. If you’re not home, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place or issue a collection card for pickup from your nearest Australia Post outlet.
Shipping Times
All CarMatsCulture™ mats are made-to-order, reflecting our commitment to quality.
We aim to dispatch 90% of orders within 48 hours, however delivery times vary by location:

New Zealand: 5–15 business days
Delivery timeframes may extend over weekends and public holidays.

Special Conditions
PO Boxes
We’re unable to ship items over 20 kg to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for larger orders.
Free Shipping Promotions
Occasionally, we offer free shipping across Australia. However, remote, island, or high-cost delivery zones may be excluded.
If your postcode falls outside standard coverage, our team will contact you before dispatch to confirm available options.
Policy Changes
CarMatsCulture™ reserves the right to update or withdraw shipping offers at any time.
If a change impacts an existing order, you may cancel for a full refund.
Oversized & Bulk Orders
Shipping quotes assume delivery to a commercial address with forklift access.
Residential deliveries or locations without unloading equipment may incur additional fees (e.g. tailgate service).
Special Delivery Requirements
Some large or heavy orders may require custom delivery arrangements.
