We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, thoughtfully designed mats that bring comfort and style to your vehicle. While we believe you’ll love your purchase, we understand that some situations may require a return or replacement.

If the product is defective or does not meet its intended purpose, we offer a replacement or a full refund. However, as our mats are custom-made, certain limitations apply to our return policy. Please review the details below for clarity.


RETURNS

We accept returns within 100 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Returned items will undergo inspection, and refunds will be processed accordingly. Exchanges follow the same process as returns.

Please note:

  • Items returned after 100 days are not qualify for a refund 
  • Items returned not in original condition will incur a restocking fee 25%
  • Refunds for qualifying returns will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

FITMENT POLICY

Our mats are custom-made to provide excellent coverage for most car models. However, due to the variety of vehicles and editions, some limitations apply:

  • Fitment is designed to provide general coverage, as assessed by our technical team.
  • We strive for an excellent fit, but due to the nature of custom designs, we cannot guarantee inch-to-inch precision. Minor gaps may occur and are considered normal, as they do not affect the functionality or performance of the mats.
  • Special editions or less common vehicle variants may not fit perfectly. While we will do our best to resolve any concerns, these models are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Comparisons to other floor mats or expectations of absolute precision are not part of our fitment guarantee.

If you believe the fitment is incorrect, please contact us with clear photos and car details to review the issue. If the problem is due to our error, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, return postage is the responsibility of the customer, following our standard return policy, you may still return the item, but a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply, and return shipping will be your responsibility.


DAMAGES & DEFECTS

If your product arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. Provide your order number, photos, and a description of the issue, and we’ll resolve it promptly, either by offering a replacement or repair.


NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following conditions are not eligible for refunds:

  • Orders for vehicles with a starting manufacturing year before 2015 (e.g., 2008–2014). We specifically call out the starting year to ensure clarity.
  • Products for special edition vehicles where the fitment does not meet niche specifications.
  • Special personal custom-made products.
  • Items returned in a non-original condition or without original packaging (may incur a restocking fee).
  • Products in special-edition colours.
  • Warranty or shipping protection costs.
